Saddle Club

Looking for something fun and exciting for your children, ages 7-14 years old, to do after school? Look no further, here at the farm we offer a lesson program that is a great introduction to horseback riding and many aspects of horse care.

Trails

All the trails are open. With advance reservation we are available almost every day. With less notice we may be able to included you in an already existing trail. Our 1hr, 2hr and 4hr rides are sure to please as we meander around and through the river. Please note that our 4hr venture is only available on the weekdays.

Parties

The sky is the limit for party options! We offer 15 minute, 30 minute and 1 hour rides in the arena or around the farm property. Our large lounge room overlooking the arena is also available for rental by the hour. Wagon rides and sleigh rides are also a party option. We have a fire pit onsite that you are welcome to use, a great addition to your western party experience.

If you would like to book an event please call us in advance (7 days is recommended) to book your activities, so you won't be disappointed!


If our kids program are not your thing we still offer tons of other activities including trail rides, parties, pony rides.

We are so happy to announce the birth of Lyndi’s baby girl. She was born this morning (May 13th 2014). Baby and Mama are both happy and healthy. Keep an eye on our facebook page as  we may be having a naming contest.

Conestogo River Horseback Adventures is truly an adventure for the whole family from trail rides to summer day camp to corporate parties Conestogo River is your best choice for a laid back day on the range.  

Trail rides are offered all year round. Whether you are a heat seeker that loves the summer time or you enjoy bundling up and traipsing through the snow on horseback you will always be pleased with the atmosphere around the Conestogo River.  Summer time trails include 1, 2 or 4 hours of beautiful natural scenery including walks through the river and, on the 4 hour trail, a stop off for lunch in the quaint village of St. Jacobs.
